FBLA officers attend conference

Bowling Green Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter Officers recently attended the 2013 Missouri FBLA Executive Leadership Conference held on July 29 and 30 at the Lake of the Ozarks.

FBLA is a career and technical student 3,000 members and advisers representing 452 chapters throughout the state. It is the oldest student organization and focuses on service, education and progress.

Officers attended training workshops led by national presenters on topics including:  goal setting, personal growth, networking, community service and getting the competitive edge.

Time was allotted for students to plan their program of work for the coming school year.

In addition, the chapter officers had time to bond as a unit and get excited about the 2013-2014 school year.

Bowling Green FBLA is striving for Excellence in Action.
