Janine Stephenson, Area Specialist with the USDA Rural Development New London Office, has announced that due to a state realignment, Pike County will now be served by the New London office.

In addition to Pike County, this office also serves Clark, Lewis, Marion, Monroe, Ralls, and Shelby counties.

Stephenson stated, “We are excited for this new territory and look forward to serving the citizens of Pike County with their purchase and home repair needs.”

Rural Development offers three single-family housing programs—the 504 Home Repair Loan and Grant Program, the 502 Direct Housing Loan Program, and the Guaranteed Housing Loan Program.
