A new favorite event amongst Bowling Green’s families is this Saturday, June 21.

The day marks the second annual Park Day celebration, which was rescheduled from the original June 7 date.

Park Day will be held in the upper portion Bowling Green City Park, near the baseball fields.

This event, brought to you by the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and Parks and Recreation Department, will begin in the City Park at 1 p.m. and end at 7 p.m.

The event will feature a variety of carnival rides for kids, “Trailerman Express” train rides,  games, and more.

In addition to the rides and games, C.O.B.R.A. Kids Academy will be hosting a self defense demonstration.

Throughout the day, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce will be selling grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, porkburgers, and more in the concession stand.
