The City of Bowling Green Board of Aldermen met Monday evening, Oct. 15, to discuss several issues; mainly the possible annexation of an unincorporated area of land.
The compost area on Bus. 54 has been thus far unincorporated by the City of Bowling Green.
After a brief deliberation, the council members decided unanimously to approve the compost area’s annexation to the city.
Aldermen attending the meeting were: Kay Reading, Ed Lawson, Kenda Flynn, Mike Pugh, Mark Bair, and Kim Luebrecht.

The first Brenda Eskew Memorial Scholarship was awarded this spring to Maryland
