William C. Baker, 36, of St. Louis was arrested by Pike County Highway Patrol Troop C late Sunday night, at 11:28 p.m.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol website, Baker is being charged as a persistent felony DWI offender and a felony for possession of methamphetamine precursors with the intent to manufacture.
