The Twin Pike Family YMCA is just $440,000 away from reaching its goal of an indoor aquatic center for the area.
The pool that couldn’t be built is inching closer to reality after a Christian-based charity said this past July it would give the YMCA $500,000 if the community could come up with the last $1.25 million needed for the $3.85 million project.
