Jimmy Langley to face hearing for possession
Jimmy Langley, 52, of Clarence, faces a preliminary hearing for misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, speeding and having a headlight out. His preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 6.
A deputy conducted a traffic stop on Langley’s vehicle on Highway 61 near Route UU for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the Deputy could smell the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A vehicle search was performed. The Deputy located and seized marijuana, drug paraphernalia and prescription medication. The pills located were identified as Diazepam, a controlled substance.
