Roy Sisson Jr. said goodbye to Pike County public service on Monday, Dec. 31, his last day as the western district commissioner.
Sisson had tried to become the public administrator, but lost in the August primary to incumbent Nina Long. Sisson said there were several achievements he was proud of during his eight years and two terms on the county board.
