Raymond L. Henry, 36, originally of Pike County, faces a jury trial in Pike County Circuit Courts on Jan. 18 for two felony charges.
Henry is charged with a felony count of first-degree statutory rape and a felony count of first-degree statutory sodomy. The victim in these cases was a child less than 12 years old. For these charges the minimum jail sentence is 10 years, although an individual found guilty may face up to life in prison.
