The Bowling Green Police Department responded to a call of a possible death at the City Park on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013 around 8 p.m.
A jogger in the Bowling Green City Park discovered Anthony Jennings, age 15, at the eastern pavilion, near the concession stand and alerted law enforcement.
