Justin Severt, 22, of Silex, sustained serious injuries in he a car accident just after 6 o’clock the morning of Jan. 21.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Severt was eastbound on Route B and attempting to cross Highway 61. This driver did not yield to an oncoming vehicle; a 2005 Peterbilt driven by Mark Jewell, of Goldfield, Iowa.
