Paul Copenhaver, a native Bowling Green trumpet player, Steve Litwiller, clarinet, and Kelley Head, piano, will be presenting a Guest Recital at Central Methodist University in Fayette on Saturday, Feb. 9.  The recital will take place in CMU’s Willie Mae Kountz Recital Hall, and will begin at 4 p.m.

Each performer will perform a variety of selections for his instrument that range in styles from the Baroque to the contemporary.  The concert will culminate with the performers combining to perform Tony Plog’s “Animal Ditties.”  This composition is based on the poetry of Ogden Nash, and includes movements entitled ‘The Turtle,’ ‘The Python,’ ‘Hyena,’ and ‘Hog.’
