A 40-year-old Frankford woman facing charges of tampering with evidence during a murder case recently waived her right to a preliminary hearing. She will now await her March 26 arraignment.
Rebecca J. Kirk has been charged in Pike County with tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution, a Class D felony, in December. She was freed on $5,000 bond.
