A young Frankford man entered a guilty plea to charges of four felony counts of burglary stemming from an October 2012 incident.
18-year-old Spencer Lewis earned these charges after being accused of stealing a variety of goods, including drinks, frozen desserts, and money, worth nearly $240 from the Wagon Wheel Café in downtown Frankford.
