Pike County Retired Teachers hold meeting
Pike Retired Teachers and School Personnel met on March 8 at the Second Baptist Church in Bowling Green at 1 p.m.
Frank Berlin, President, called the meeting to order and led the pledge of allegiance. The secretary’s report had been e-mailed by secretary, Mary Twellman. Denise Ash gave the treasurer’s report.
Cheryl Ward, Legislative Chairman, sent a report on four bills that have recently been filed by Lamping. All of the bills are bad for retirees and retirees are encouraged to contact local representatives and senators.
