Bowling Green’s Allison Carnahan was recently selected to participate in the 2013 Miss Jr. Pre-Teen St. Louis pageant competition. The pageant will take place Sunday, April 21.
Miss Carnahan learned of her acceptance into the 2013 competition when the pageant announced their selections following an interviewing process in the local St. Louis area. Allison submitted an application and took part in an interview session which was conducted by the pageant coordinator.
Allison will be competing for her share of thousands of dollars in prizes and gifts.
The Miss Jr. Pre-Teen division is one of four divisions that will have young ladies from seven to 19-years-old competing in modeling routines.
Bowling Green’s young star will display her personality, the number one aspect of the judging process throughout all the competitions, and interview skills during a meeting with this year’s St. Louis judging panel.
If Allison wins the Miss Jr. title, she would represent the greater St. Louis area at the national competition that will take place in Orlando, Fla. later this year. There, over $30,000 in awards and prizes will be given to the winners.
