James Lamberson

Mr. James Wesley “Jimmy” Lamberson, 63, of New London passed away Wednesday April 10, 2013 at the Audrain County Medical Center in Mexico. His desire was to be cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.

He was born April 20, 1949 in Ashburn to Marion “Minner” and Alma Wheeler Lamberson.

He is survived by nine brothers, Louis “Rudi” Lamberson, Jerry Lamberson, Tim Lamberson, Jack Lamberson and wife, Debbie, Hank Lamberson and wife, Linda, all of Ashburn, Lorin Lamberson and wife, Sherie, of Vandalia Faron Lamberson, of New London, Rusty Lamberson and wife, Donna, of Hull, Ill., and Don Lamberson and wife, Peggy, of Louisiana; three sisters, Joyce Ehret and husband, Wayne, of New London, Suzzie Cohea, of Hannibal, and Donna Jones and husband Mike, of Ashburn; numerous nieces and nephews and special cousins.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Minner and Alma Lamberson; and four brothers, Kenneth Lamberson, Truman Lamberson, Larry Lamberson and Lonnie Lamberson.

He has been employed as an elevator operator for Bunge Grain Terminal in Hannibal for over 40 years.

Memorials may be given to Pike County Home Health and Hospice in care of Collier Funeral Homes, 117 Barnard Dr., Louisiana, MO 63353.
