Plans are set for the Frankford School Reunion
Please make plans to come out and enjoy fellowship with former schoolmates and teachers at the Frankford School Reunion, to be held May 25 and 26 at the Jennings Opry Building located on the East Outer Road of Highway 61.
Members will be honoring the graduating classes of 1929, 84 years; 1933, 80 years; 1943, 70 years; 1953, 60 years. Zelma (Magness) Rucker is the only surviving classmate from 1929 and Jane (Keithly) Parham is the only surviving classmate of 1933.
The Jennings Opry will be opened on Saturday, May 25, beginning at 2 p.m. Plan to spend the afternoon in fellowship catching up with classmates and teachers. Registration will begin at 2 p.m.
There will be a evening meal served from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Paid reservations of $10 per person needs to be made by May 3. Make checks payable to Rita Pursiful and mail to: Kayrl Silvey, 565 Clover Road, Hannibal MO, 63401.
On Sunday, May 26 registration will begin at 10 a.m. Roll call for class pictures will be at 12:30 p.m. The Frankford Volunteer Fire Department will be serving a BBQ dinner sure to please everyone, with homemade desserts.
If anyone ordered a re-print of the The Frankford History Book it will be available for pick up on both days.
