Eolia man faces revoked license driving charge
Brian O. Cummings, 39, of Eolia, was arraigned in Pike County Circuit Court on Wednesday, June 26 after being brought to court on a felony warrant issued by Judge Ash.
Cummings was allegedly caught driving while suspended or revoked on May 11 in Bowling Green by a Pike County sheriff’s deputy, according to court records.
Cummings has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 17. He remains free on his own recognizance.
The accused was convicted on May 15 of driving while revoked or suspended in Franklin County, court records show.
He was also convicted of driving while intoxicated in Pike County in June 2010, driving while revoked or suspended in Pike County in June 2007 an driving while intoxicated in St. Charles County in September 2005.
