BG takes Wright City 10-5

The Bobcats were all-stars from the plate last Wednesday at Wright City. Racking up 14 hits as a team, Bowling Green was able to best their host with a 10-5 score in seven innings.     An excellent effort by senior pitcher Corey Brown carried the Bobcats to a 1-0 win in eight innings over Louisiana on Thursday. Bowling Green got the win thanks in large part to Brown’s dominant, 11-strikeout performance. The pitcher gave up just three hits and threw 20 first-pitch strikes over the eight shutout innings.     The Bowling Green High School Bobcats claimed a 7-0 victory at Winfield Friday after a four-run rally in the seventh inning. Alex Roy racked up three RBIs on two hits for Bowling Green.
