Thanksgiving dinner cancelled

The popular Thanksgiving Dinner that is traditionally prepared and served by the churches of Louisiana will not be held this year. No group could be assembled to undertake the huge job of preparing, serving, and delivering the widely-enjoyed meal. It is with regret that this announcement must be made and hopes are high that the dinner will return next year.
