BG Christian welcomes humorist for fundraiser

Humorist Julie Patrick-Barnhill will be speaking for a fundraiser at the Bowling Green High School Auditorium on Saturday, May 3, at 2 pm. Barnhill is a Missouri girl, a graduate of Brunswick High School and Hannibal LaGrange University, humorist, national/international speaker, author of 11 books, columnist, radio guest speaker, former elementary teacher, and a mother of three children. Her focus addresses the realities of parenting, life, home, work, and eternity.

  • BGMS hosts Earth Day event

    The Bowling Green Middle School had a very successful Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 12 at the Bowling Green City Park.  Hosts had over 50 runners in the 5K and 50 in the Color Run.  They collected over 12,000 pounds of electronics to be recycled.   • Easter Egg hunt in the park Saturday

    The Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department is pairing up with Pike County Health Department, Home Health & Hospice, for the first  Bowling Green Egg Hunt. The event, which will be held this Saturday, April 5, will have fun for all the kids in your family. Events include train rides, a bunny hop race, bounce house, face painting, and more. PLTC students attend conference

Pike-Lincoln Technical Center (PLTC) students attended the Missouri SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference at Linn State Technical College in Linn April 3 through 5. Students left from PLTC early Thursday morning and spent the next three days competing and representing our school in different contests.
