      Pike County Hospice will hold Bereavement Support Class on Monday, June 18.  This class is every Monday evening in our conference room and is open to the public. This class is free of charge.

    2. Cancer survivor meeting options
      7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

      The Pike County cancer support group meets every third Monday at 7 p.m. at Bowling Green Presbyterian Church.

      The group welcomes new cancer patients and those who are past any treatment.

      A cancer support group meets every third Tuesday of each month at the James E. Cary Cancer Center, Hannibal; the men’s survivor group meets every fourth Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at the James E. Cary Cancer Center; and Chemo Teach meets each Thursday at 4 p.m. at the James E. Cary Cancer Center.

    1. Ramsey Creek Angel Wings
      10:00 am – 1:00 pm

      The Angel Wings ministry of Ramsey Creek Baptist Church welcomes anyone in the community going through tough times to join them the third Tuesday of every month.

      Angel Wings provides food for families, a clothes closet and, most important, prayer with each family and Bible study as a group.

      A hot lunch is served.

      Angel Wings’ hours are 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.

      The group gathers at Ramsey Creek Baptist Church, 20389 Hwy. W, six miles outside of Clarksville. For more information, call the church at (573) 242-3261.

      Everyone is asked to wear a red shirt on Friday in support of the troops currently serving overseas and all the servicemen and women.

      We need to let our servicemen and women know we support their sacrifice and we will not forget them. You can do this by wearing red on every Friday.

      Teen Scene youth services are held every Sunday evening, 5-7 p.m. at Morning Star Fellowship Church, 15855 Highway 61 North in Bowling Green.  All youth age 10 and up are welcome to attend.  There will be Bible lessons, worship, prayer, movie nights, food, and more.  For more information, call Ron Dugan, youth leader, at (573) 253-3369.
