BG Ministerial Alliance hosts Baccalaureate

The Bowling Green Ministerial Alliance hosted their annual Baccalaureate ceremony Sunday, May 17. A crowd of BGHS seniors and their families were present. Pastor Dawn Marie Turner served as emcee for the event, first offering a “hello and welcome” to those present. Following an opening prayer and “Happy Song,” the Reverend Keith Barnhart offered words of wisdom for the seniors. Pastor Turner then read the scripture selected by the class:

    Jed E. Niemeyer of Bowling Green is one of 780 candidates for Commencement at Parkland College in Champaign.     Bowling Green’s FFA seemed to have a great experience at the state FFA convention, which was recently held in Columbia. Micah Bailey, Zach Browning, and Branden Doering received their State FFA Degree, which is only earned by the top three percent of the over 25,000 FFA members statewide.
