Aldermen hold regular meeting, discusses county-city mutual aid

The city of Bowling Green’s Board of Aldermen gathered for their regular meeting Monday night to proceed with business and discuss bills, including amendments for existing ordinances. Board members discussed a mutual aid agreement between the city and county, as well.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Monday evening; all members were present.

After a motion from Ed Lawson and a second from Kay Reading, the board unanimously approved the previous meeting’s minutes. A motion from Kim Luebrecht and second from Kenda Flynn opened the board to a unanimous approval of the presentation of warrants. The board also unanimously approved the treasurer’s report.
