Career Planning and Admission Workshops at Pike-Lincoln Technical Center are scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 8 at 1 p.m. at Pike-Lincoln Technical Center on the Clopton School campus The workshops will take about two hours to complete.
These workshops are for persons interested in learning more about themselves as related to possible careers and required for those who may want to enroll in daytime classes.
The workshop is designed to provide applicants with information about their career interests and their aptitudes. Assistance will be given to those making career choices. Different types of financial aid available for assisting students with educational costs will be discussed during the workshop.
Courses are available in administrative business technology, digital design, computer and networking technology, paramedic, practical nursing, and EMB-T.
Classes also offered at Pike-Lincoln Technical Center: diesel mechanics, auto services, auto collision, and practical nursing (for the 2013-2014 school year).
Future workshops of this nature will be held monthly on the second Thursday of each month at 1 p.m.
