June Wedding Planned For Louisiana Native

Ellie Glenn to wed Eric Harmon

Dr. Edward A. Glenn III and Rev. Patricia Glenn, of Louisiana, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ellie Glenn, to Eric Harmon, son of James and Jeanne Harmon, of Harrisburg.

Glenn is the granddaughter of  the late Edward A. Glenn, Jr. and Ethyl Glenn Fry, and Judge James Fry, of Louisiana.

She is also the granddaughter of Eileen Foster and the late Wesley Foster, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Glenn attended Louisiana R-II High School and graduated with a Bachelors in Political Science from Truman State University. She also graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Masters of Public Affairs with an emphasis in public policy.

She currently works as the Employment Government Relations Director for BJC St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Ellie was previously employed by Gov. Jay Nixon and Missouri State Senator Joan Bray.

Harmon is the grandson of the late Loyd and Patsy Harmon, of Columbia, and the late Robert Maxwell, of Potosi, and Barbara Glenzy (Scott), of Florissant. 

Harmon attended Harrisburg R-VIII High School and graduated with a Bachelors in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri.

He is currently a full-time student at St. Louis University Law School. He was previously employed by Missouri State Representative Travis Fitzwater and Missouri Congressman Jason Smith. He also worked in public relations for two Major League Baseball teams.

The wedding will be held in June 2019 in St. Louis.
