Kenneth Eugene Franz

Kenneth Eugene Franz, 84, of New Hartford passed away Sept. 4, 2015, at his home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services were held Sept. 6 at 2 p.m. at the Bibb-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green with Reverend Olin Hill officiating.
Visitation was Sept. 6, from 1 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Burial was held in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Bowling Green.
Kenneth was born on September 17, 1930, in Grafton, IL., the son of Leo P. and Lucille I. Wallace Franz.
He married Dottie June Cates on August 6, 1952, in Grafton, and she survives.
Other surviving relatives include: three daughters Debbie (Olin) Hill, of Jerseyville, Ill., Beth (Stan) Sidwell, of Godfrey, Ill. and Martha (Rueben) Inofuentes, of Calif; and a son Mark (Diane) Franz, of New Hartford; 14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and a brother Maurice (Judy) Franz, of Greenfield, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his billiga cykelbyxor parents and sister in infancy, Anna Mae Franz.
Kenneth grew up on the family farm in Grafton, continuing to farm along with working at the Grafton Boat Works Company and Alton Venture Store as a mechanic.
Kenneth and wife, Dottie, moved to New Hartford in 1984, buying a farm where he could continue do to what he enjoyed.
He attended the First Baptist Church in Grafton, and also attended several of the rural Baptist churches in the New Hartford area.
Pallbearers were Brad Hill, Brenton Hill, Dereck Hill, Brandon Franz, Hayden Winters and Ben Sidwell.
Memorials may be made to the Pike County Hospice.
