Two citizens have submitted their names for City of Bowling Green Mayor Don Hunter to consider regarding who should fill the vacant Board of Aldermen seat, which was vacated by former Ward I Alderman Janice Robinson in December.
Current members of the Bowling Green Board of Aldermen and other members of the city’s administration interviewed Tonya Huber and Diane Kirkpatrick, both longtime residents of Bowling Green, during a special meeting on Monday evening.
Huber, who is an employee of Daffron and Associates, said she has lived in Bowling Green since moving here with her husband, George. Huber is originally from Silex.
She said she currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for The Learning Center.
