Among the 50 individuals who were inducted into the Missouri 4-H Hall of Fame last month was Shari Niemeyer, of rural Bowling Green.
Niemeyer has been a longtime volunteer project leader with the Hartford Go-Getters 4-H Club and has assisted in organizing the 4-H Junior Leader program for several years. She has also volunteered as an adult chaperone at many 4-H conferences and events.
“These leaders have made exceptional contributions to the lives of Missouri 4-H members and we are proud to honor their service,” said Chris Willow in a news release announcing the induction. Willow serves as the advancement coordinator for the foundation.
