NAMI will meet at the Wellsville-Middletown R-1 High School library Thursday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m.
NAMI is for family members of people who have a mental illness or consumers themselves who have or have been treated for mental illness.
The September meeting will include a presentation and sharing from NAMI members from across the state, break-out sessions, a Family Support Meeting, and a Consumer Support Meeting.
NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness.
Their local meetings will focus on major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, and anxiety-panic disorder.
All adult consumers and family members are welcome.
