Bobcats come close to a win against Miller Academy

The Bobcats couldn’t strike back against the Miller Academy Phoenix after a very close game on Friday, Sept. 3.
After winning the toss before the game got underway, the Bobcats opted to receive the ball. Bowling Green had a slow start in the beginning and ended up turning over the ball to Miller Academy. The Phoenix moved the ball into Bobcat territory early on and scored a touchdown with 7:27 left in the first quarter. Miller’s two-point conversion was successful after the touchdown.
After Miller kicked off, the Bobcats made a good run from the reception. Soon after, however, Bowling Green fumbled the ball and the Phoenix took advantage....
