Paynesville Homecoming Set For Aug. 4

The Village of Paynesville held their regular meeting and continued to finalize plans for their Annual Homecoming to be held on Saturday, August 4, with a parade to start the day at 10:00 a.m. Politicial candidates will be introduced at 11 a.m.
Music will be provided by Rob Brown 11:30- 1:30 and Frankie Vaughn Band 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. A cake auction will be held at 12:00. Youth games, adult games and a Lucky Bounce House as well as pony rides for children will be available.
There will be plenty of food: Darryl/ Virginia- Shish-ka-Bobs-Chicken, Lamont-Fish- VFW-BBQ-Pork Steaks, Pork Burgers, Eolia Relay for Life-Funnel Cakes-Cotton Candy, Youth-Snow Cones, Drinks-soda, water and lemonade.
There will also be a Mystery Box Raffle and City of Paynesville T-Shirt sale.
Other vendors will include: Pampered Chef, Scentzy, Greeting Cards, Shelf Life, Bulletin Boards, and Pazarazzi.
