A Tuesday morning hearing did nothing to delay or derail the two-day jury trial scheduled for next Monday and Tuesday in the case involving a Bowling Green man who is accused of shooting a handgun at a crop duster flying over his home.
During Tuesday’s hearing, Pike County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Alex Ellison discussed with Judge Kelly Lovekamp the upcoming two-day jury trial.
As was previously reported by the Times, the jury trial is scheduled to begin with jury selection at 8:15 a.m. on August 20.
