Posted on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 1:58 pm

The staff of Pike Medical Clinic, along with the family and friends of Zac Schuler, are coming together Thursday, Aug. 8 and Friday, Aug. 9 to host a benefit yardsale and bakesale.

Zac is an 11-year-old Bowling Green resident who has been battling cancer. Proceeds collected from the sales will go to benefit Zac and his family as they continue to battle the payment of medical bills and purchasing medical supplies.

The yardsale will be comprised of a great number of items, including clothing, home decor, holiday items, and more.

The bakesale will include sweet treats like pies and cookies.

The sale organizers will also be hosting raffles for several items such as bikes and gift certificates.

Any donations can be mailed or dropped off at the Pike Medical Clinic, located at 905 Highway 161 South in Bowling Green.
